Step 1: Your file should be originally built using CMYK color format. In Illustrator, in the top left drop down menu choose: File/New
Step 2: Choose CMYK as your color settings
Step 3: While the document is open simply right-click the selected text, then choose Create Outlines.
Step 4: Then click File/Save As
Step 5: Choose Adobe Illustrator
Step 6: Choose CS2 or lower
Your Done! Now all you have to do is get the file to us. If the file is 20MB and under you can use our File Upload function. If the file is larger than 20MB you will have to bring in the file or send a CD or Jump drive to us.
